Follow-up the secondary beam activities and report with recommendations to the EATC and ATC committees.

Organize yearly reviews of operations and safety aspects to assure compliance with the INB safety rules.

Organize and follow-up the yearly shutdown activities.

Collect and organize all the documentation concerning the CNGS secondary beam lines. Maintain a coherent documentation (checklist with reference plots) for all the secondary beam elements to be used as reference during operation.

Assure the data and signal exchange between CERN and LNGS in collaboration with the LNGS experiments.

Establish and maintain the communication and information exchange between LNGS and CERN, concerning the beam operation and performance.
